Returns and Exchanges

1. We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days from the date of purchase.
2. The item must be in its original condition, unused, and in the same packaging as received.
3. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer support team at eric@efoil-moraira.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
4. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or error on our part.

Refunds

1. Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will initiate the refund process.
2. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed upon.
3. It may take up to 7 for the refunded amount to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Damaged or Defective Items

1. In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us immediately within 48 hours of receiving the product.
2. We may request photos or additional information to assess the issue.
3. If the damage or defect is confirmed, we will either replace the item or provide a refund, including any shipping costs.

Non-Refundable Items

1. Certain items are not eligible for return or refund due to hygiene reasons, such as opened or used batteries, safety gear, or accessories.
2. Gift cards and promotional items are also non-refundable.

Return Shipping

1. When returning an item, please ensure it is securely packaged to avoid any damage during transit.
2. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of the item.
3. eFoil Moraira is not responsible for any damage or loss that occurs during the return shipping process.

Cancellations

1. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
2. If the order has not been shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund.
3. If the order has already been shipped, you will need to follow the regular returns process mentioned above.
